How to participate in International Pavilion

1.Contact with Organizer online

Online Registration
and Booth Application

1. Log in Easy-Exhibitor System (Online registration of new exhibitors are required). Upload company profile and apply for the booths. Print the application form and participation provision online. Send the scanned version to organizer with sign and seal by e-mail.

2. Download and Fill out the application form and participation provision (click to download) and send the scanned files to organizer together with business registration & certificate of origins of main exhibits (English version is preferred) of your company by e-mail .

Payment

The material submitted from your company should be sent to the organizer for final review and approval, thus the Notice of Payment will be issued to your company. After receipt of the Notice of Payment, 100% of total booth fees shall be paid from the company account within 5 working days. Once your payment is received, the participation shall be confirmed.

Exhibition preparation

1. Apply for the E-invitation letters via Easy Exhibitor System

2. Contact with nominated forwarders of Canton Fair to transport the exhibits

3. Confirm the booth design with qualified constructors verified by Canton Fair. (For Raw Space Applicants only)
