The complaint reception office of Canton Fair aims at keeping the normal trading order, cracking down the counterfeiting intellectual property rights, and improving service quality in the Fair. It provides a channel through which exhibitors and buyers can make their complaints.

Its major responsibilities include receiving complaints from both buyers and exhibitors, handling issues of infringement upon intellectual property rights. At the same time, it is also responsible for receiving complaints about execution of contract and service items in the Fair.
