GPRS

What is GPRS service?

GPRS is the abbreviation of General Packet Radio Service. Its a new loading service of grouping data. The essential difference between GPRS and current GSM voice system is that GSM is an exchange system of circuit and GPRS is an exchange system of grouping. Therefore, GPRS is especially suitable for impulsive, sudden or frequent, small amount of data transmission as well as mass data transmission occasionally. This characteristic is exactly suitable for the application of most mobile interconnection.

1GoTone, M-Zone, Shenzhouxing (Shenzhouxing Public Card), E-Card customers can surf on the internet, receive and send e-mails by using GPRS service.

2GPRS default function is opened for all GoTone, M-Zone, Shenzhouxing (Shenzhouxing Public Card), E-Card customers. Customers can use GPRS without application.

3Customers can use GPRS without further setting whether you are a foreign visitor or a CMCC customer roaming abroad. (One can surf on the internet by using the original setting). GPRS function must be supported by handset terminal.

4Using GPRS to surf on the internet will not influence normal reception and sending of SMS, phone calls can also be received normally, and normal communication will not be influenced.
