1. Instant interpretation

When customer is in local area: Service number - 1258222

Fees: 2 Yuan/minute information fee + normal calling fee (according to standard fees of each brand)
When customer is roaming abroad: Service number - +8613800200118
Fees: 2 Yuan/minute information fee + normal calling fee (according to international long-distance fees of the operator of roaming place)
Service Scope: Daily life and simple business interpretation is provided only.
Telephone Interpretation Service: Not only one-to-one interpretation is provided, we can also make three-way conference call to provide China Mobile’s customers with instant interpretation.

2. Interpretation by appointment service fees:
It will be according to the translation company depending on customer’s needs.
Service scope: Translations of contracts, quotations, technical information and other professional information.
If customer needs translation: Need to make appointment 24 hours in advance.
Special situation: For special professions such as law, military, medicine etc., one needs to make appointment 48 hours in advance.
