Service introduction

Meteorological services also has prediction service for all kinds of meteorological living index according to the weather characteristics which include UV index, atmosphere cleanness index, body comfort index, fire danger index, fog index etc. Special advises and suggestions from meteorological experts are also included.

Applicable customer: Guangzhou GoTone, M-Zone, Shenzhouxing, and Shenzhou Mass Card customers.




Usage and Setting

Customizing weather forecast via SMS:
Send message "11" to "0121" to customize weather forecast sending at 16:30 - 20:00.
Send message "11AM" to "0121" to customize weather forecast sending at 6:30 - 8:00 in the morning.

Send message "0000" or "00000" to "0121" to cancel customization.

To order weather forecast via SMS:
Send message "22" to "0121"
E.g.: Intraday weather forecast must be ordered before 16:30, otherwise it turns to the next day's weather forecast.

Weather forecast via voice inquiry:
Please dial "12121" and operate according to voice instructions.

Warm hints:
If you need to customize or order non-local weather forecast, please add area code after sending codes. E.g.: Send message 110755 to 0121 to customize weather forecast of Shenzhen.
There are two types of operation codes: One is number code such as "11020", the other one is Chinese code such as "ƹ". Both of them can be combined when operating, for example, "11" or "020".


Tariff standard

Weather forecast customization costs 2 RMB/month;
As customers send messages to 0121; RMB 0.1/message will be charged for GoTone and M-zone users, RMB 0.15/message for Shenzhouxing and Shenzhou Mass Card users. Tariff can be included in the message packages transacted by customers.

For GoTone users who dial 12121, RMB 2 information fee will be charged in the same month. Meanwhile, communication fee for each conversation will be charged according to the current tariff standard.

For M-zone, Shenzhouxing and Shenzhou Mass Card users who dial 12121, RMB 0.5/min information fee will be charged. Meanwhile, communication fee of each conversation will be charged according to the current tariff standard.
