Chapter 1 Registration Service
The Registration Service Centre shall issue to exhibitors badges and passes of various kinds.
Item 1 Application and Collection Places
Sidewalk of Entrance/Exit A to Xingangdong Metro Station of Metro Line 2 (where Exhibitor Badge, Exhibitor Representative Badge, Stand Construction Badge, Stand Dismantling Badge, Vehicle Passes can be applied for).
Counter 3 and Counter 4 of Hall 5 of Pearl River Promenade in China Import and Export Fair Complex (where Exhibitor Badge can be replaced).
Item 2 Types of Certificate and Issuing Criteria
1. Exhibitor Badge and Exhibitor Representative Badge〞applicable to exhibitors and their business representatives for the entry into the Exhibition Halls (Exhibitor Badge is also valid during the periods of stand construction and dismantling; the Exhibitor Representative Badge is only valid during the periods of exhibition and stand dismantling). In case the badge is needed, please fill in Form A1

Issuing Criteria:
Every standard stand (9m2) can apply for:
Three Exhibitor Badges (free)
Two Exhibitor Representative Badges (RMB 1200 /one, not compulsory)
2. Stand Construction Badge〞applicable to persons assisting exhibitors in stand construction. In case the badge is needed, please fill in Form A2

Issuing Criteria:
One standard stand (9m2) can apply for two Stand Construction Badges. The charge shall be:

1103. Stand Dismantling Badge--applicable to persons assisting exhibitors in stand dismantling. In case the badge is needed, please fill in Form A3

Issuing Criteria:
One Stand Dismantling Badge shall be allocated for every 9m2 of standard stand (RMB 10 /one)
4. Parking Permit 〞applicable to exhibitors' vehicles for the entry into the exhibition halls. In case the Parking Permit is needed, please fill in Form A4

Arranging Criteria:
One Parking Permit in underground parking lot of China Import and Export Fair Complex is arranged for one Agent. (RMB 15 per day per permit);
One Coach Parking Permit is arranged for every 40 exhibitors, and 1 parking space is arranged for every 3 coaches. (RMB 45 per day per parking space)
5. Stand Construction Vehicle Pass and Stand Dismantling Vehicle Pass〞applicable to exhibitors' vehicles during the periods of Stand Construction and Dismantling when the vehicles carrying exhibits move in and out the city of Guangzhou and the Fair Complex. Should exhibitors require the Passes, please fill in Forms A5
and A6
. During the periods of Stand Construction and Dismantling, vehicles shall leave the complex after loading or unloading exhibits. No parking anywhere within the complex is allowed

Item 4 Application and Collection Methods
1. The application for Exhibitor Badge (including replacement and reapplication) shall be submitted to Website Management and Service System (International Pavilion) at https://import.cantonfair.gov.cn by nominated full-time personnel of agency organization. The application and collection of Exhibitor Representative Badge, Stand Construction Badge, Stand Dismantling Badge, and Vehicle Passes shall be submitted on-site in a unified manner to nominated place of Registration service Centre by full-time certificate personnel. All the badges shall be collected by full-time personnel from the Registration Service Centre, and distribute them to the exhibitors. In principle, the individual application of the exhibitor or his staff shall not be accepted.
2. Only after the payment of all the exhibition fees has been made shall the exhibitor be granted related badges. After receiving Notice of Stand Confirmation and materials submitted by exhibitors, agents can apply for badges via Website Management and Service System (International Pavilion of the Canton Fair) at https://import.cantonfair.gov.cn. Application will be accepted based on arrival priority. Responsibilities will be born by agency organization and exhibitor in case of any failure to enter the complex which is caused by late submit of applications.
3. In case exhibitors fail to submit application materials through Registration System due to force majeure, upon approval of the person in charge from the Registration Centre, full time personnel from the agency can submit application materials on the spot submit materials with the assist from the Registration Centre.
4. Requirements of Materials for Application
The picture and letters on the copy of the passport (or ID card) shall be clearly recognizable.
A color photo (dimension: 40mm℅50mm) shall be submitted. The photo shall be developed on glossy photo paper, while the photo printed on ordinary printing-paper is not acceptable. The picture shall be clearly recognizable and the head shall cover three fourth of the whole photo. The photos failing in meeting the requirements shall be rejected.
5. When an exhibitor submits its registration materials to the agency, the copy of passport or ID card on the Application Form is accepted with a seal on the perforation of the exhibitor or agency.

Item 5 Registration Replacement and Reapplication

Item 6 Reminders
1. The replacement of Exhibitor Badge is allowed only through the application online. Free replacement is applicable for application put forward prior to 00:00, 15, April, while the replacement application put forward after that time shall be charged RMB 200/one. The new badge shall be collected against the old one.
Deadline of Badge Replacement: 17:00, 18, April.
2. Other badges or passes shall not be replaced or reapplied except for Exhibitor Badge.
3. In case that the Exhibitor Badge is lost, the exhibitor shall report to the security department immediately, and then register loss and reapply at the Registration service Centre with the documentary evidence issued by the agency. The charge is RMB 200/one.
4. The badge shall not be borrowed, sold, or altered. For badges having been confiscated by security office of Canton Fair for reason of violating stipulations of use of badge, re-application for such badges shall be invalid, and the person involved shall be dealt with according to the related regulations of public security organs and the Canton Fair.

6. Entering Time for People with Different Badges During the Exhibition

7.All badges related to the exhibition participation are valid both in Liuhua Complex and China Import and Export Fair Complex except for Vehicle Passes.
