Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, HKGCC

Founded in 1861, the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC) is the oldest business organisation in Hong Kong. Our mission is to promote, represent and safeguard the interests of the Hong Kong business community.

HKGCC is a self-funded, non-profit making organisation, and as such, HKGCC is a truly independent body representing the diverse interests of the entire business community in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

In addition, HKGCC members can apply to join any of HKGCC's 20 policy and regional committees that discuss concerns of certain sectors, the business community and global economic trends.

Hong Kong is an international city, where expertise and professionals from the Mainland and around the world thrive. As a most internationalized local chamber, HKGCC takes a central role in promoting Hong Kong as an international business centre in the heart of Asia. We act as an international bridge, connecting Hong Kong business with Mainland China and the rest of the world.
