Panyu Chu Kong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd (PCK) was established in the year 1993, covers area is about 450,000 square meters and with staffs about 900, PCK is now operating UOE, JCOE and ERW pipe mills with total annual capacity over 1 million tons and has become the largest longitudinal welded pipes manufacturer in China. As API and ISO certificates holder, our products comply with different standards such as API, BS, JIS, ASTM, DIN and ISO etc.
PCK imported the first high-frequency Electric Resistance Weld (ERW) production line from USA in 1993. This line is capable of producing ERW pipes with outside diameter (O.D) ranges from 4” to 14”, wall thickness (W.T) from 3.0mm to 12.7mm and grade up to API 5L X80. The annual capacity is 150,000 tons.
In 1998, PCK introduced the first Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding (LSAW) production line in China, which could apply to JCOE process—roll bending plus mechanical expanding. This line has the capability of producing LSAW pipes with outside diameter (O.D) from 16” to 72”, wall thickness (W.T) from 6.4mm to 25.4mm, length up to 12.5 meters and grade up to API 5L X80. The annual capacity is 200,000 tons.
1n early 2000, PCK imported the first UOE production line in China from U.S.A., the pipe O.D. range from 20” to 44” (Φ508mm-Φ1118mm) and W.T. from 6.4mm to 25.4mm, 20 or 40 feet in pipe length and up to X80 in material grade. Its annual capacity between 600,000～1,000,000 tons.
Apart from the pipe mills, PCK is running an anti-corrosion coating plant, and can perform internal epoxy painting and external coatings of single-layer FBE, two-layer PE/PP and three-layer PE/PP following different standards such as DIN30670, CAN/CSA-Z245.20-M92, SY/T4013-95 etc. Its annual capacity reaches 800,000 square meters.
Our major market includes Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, USA and South America. Our products are widely used in medium transmission industries such as crude oil, product oil, natural gas, liquidized petroleum gas (LPG), civil gas, coal slurry, city water and construction etc. Till now, PCK has supplied to many international Oil/Gas Companies within China and abroad, our clients include CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Company), CNPC (China National Petroleum Co), Sinopec, Petronas (Malaysia), Petrobras (Brazil), Shell, BP, NIOC/NIGC (Iran), GAIL (India), GTCL (Bangladesh), Petrodar (Sudan), NOC (Iraq) etc.
